QR incentive platform
A loyalty and incentive programme for Nuwave Hardware and the field workers who fit their products. Workers scan a QR code that ships with the product, earn incentive and gift points, and cash them out or redeem them for gifts. Nuwave runs the whole programme from an admin portal: generating codes, approving workers, managing the gift catalogue and releasing payouts. Two apps, one product.

The idea
Nuwave wanted to reward the plumbers and installers who choose their products, but those rewards usually run on paper slips and WhatsApp messages. We built a system where the reward rides along with the product: a printed QR code, scanned once, credits points to the person who fitted it.
The worker app
Workers scan a code or type it in, and instantly see the incentive and gift points it earned. Points split into two currencies: incentive points convert to money and can be cashed out as a payment request, while gift points buy items from a catalogue. Everyone can see their scan history, request payouts, and share a referral code that earns bonus points. The whole interface runs in English, Hindi and Bengali.
The admin portal
Admins generate QR codes in batches against presets that set the points for each product line, then export print sheets. Workers arrive with KYC and bank details for approval before any money moves. Payout requests, for both gifts and cash, are reviewed and processed from one screen, and a performance leaderboard ranks approved workers by the points they've earned.
